Weight Loss Seminars
1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month beginning promptly at 6:30pm; please arrive by 6:15 to complete some paperwork.

Support group for phases 1 through 4
Support meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at 6:00. There are always good ideas circulating for recipes and strategies for improving your diet experience. It is always nice to be able to share the experience with others, and you learn a lot!

Speaker series
Health related topics are presented on the 4th Wednesday of the month at 6:00. Please call for topic.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
