Our wellness centre is dedicated to giving you the tools to lead a healthier lifestyle. We offer massage therapy, yoga instruction and regular evening presentations on a variety of topics such as cooking creatively while on Ideal Protein, exercise and meditation. We anticipate offering some workshops on stress management, parenting and other lifestyle issues. Please check the calendar regularly.

The Method

There are four phases in the Ideal Protein Weight Loss Protocol. During all four Phases you will receive one-on-one coaching, teaching you how your body gains weight and what you should be eating in order to maintain a balanced weight.
